Landscape gardener Mark Tate, from Caernarfon, had been flown back to the UK on Wednesday and taken to hospital in Bangor, Gwynedd.
His uncle Dennis Williams confirmed that he died peacefully on Thursday with his family at his side.
He had been on holiday in Turkey with a group of six friends from the Caernarfon area.
